Eric joined Willow Springs in 2021 and now will serve as General Manager/Head Golf Professional, overseeing all operations of the golf course including the pro-shop, food & beverage and maintenance. A two year member of the USGTF and been on staff at Willow Spring since Fall of 2022. Following a four year collegiate career, which included three individual medalist wins and still holds top 10 in scoring average during his four years at Castleton University. Eric also was a runner-up in his first ever professional event at the 2023 United States Golf Teachers Cup, in Las Vegas, NV.

After graduation he began is teaching career in physical education which included stop in Fair Haven, VT, Baltimore, MD and ending his public school teaching career in 2021 to pursue starting a business. Currently the owner of TGA of Howard County, a youth/adult franchise here in Howard County, MD, that provides Golf, Tennis, and Pickleball lessons, classes, summer camps, afterschool clinics and junior golf academy. Eric’s philosophy is to teach the game from the green back to the tee box in a process that is designed to make golfers grow their game and swing at their own individual pace.

Eric’ passion for teaching and growing lifetime sports in the community drives him to bring the programming and excitement to Willow Springs. Eric organizes and manages all programming here at Willow Springs and welcomes all levels/ages of golfers to come out and learn the game.

Ben joined the Willow Springs instruction staff in 2022, now serving as General Manager/Head Golf Professional overseeing all operations of the golf course including the pro-shop, food & beverage and maintenance. Ben is a graduate of Mount Saint Joseph High School and has been a lifelong lover of golf. He has played at various levels, and has multiple
tournament, and competitive wins.

In 2022 Ben earned his Professional teaching status from the United States Golf Teachers Federation,
he also is a certified professional club fitter with Ping, Mizuno, and Wilson.

Ben’s passion to help others play golf better comes from his own experiences with golf instruction. He
has attended numerous national, local, and web-based seminars in his continuous ambition to provide
the highest quality of instruction possible. He has learned firsthand from many seasoned teaching
professionals and brings a wide variety of methods to help students reach their goals.

Ben has taught players of various skill levels, from new golfers all the way to people whose goal is to
play competitive amateur and professional tournaments. His patient demeanor coupled with his
attention to detail and desire to help every student improve ensures a high level of instruction. Ben
prides himself on the fact that he is always learning and continuously striving to become a better
instructor.

Parker Tieperman is Titleist Performance Institute Certified. He is a SuperSpeed Level 3 certified golf fitness and performance professional. His expertise includes Titleist Performance Institute Assessments, personalized golf fitness training plans, and swing speed and distance training. His specialized training has given him a platform to help golfers achieve their golf fitness goals to maximize their on-course potential and play the game they love longer.

Parker focuses on the full body to include dominant and non-dominant side rotational muscle centers and incorporates swing speed training protocols into a personalized golf fitness workout plan. He believes in doing whatever it takes to improve your golf performance—whether it’s to reduce pain and injury possibilities; increase your mobility, stability, power, and strength; or to develop swing speed and gain distance.
